Platform-controlled deposits
Moneso is custodial. Trade deposits are held by a server wallet controlled by the platform. This requires trust in the operator; it is not a trustless or multisignature system. No independent security audit is claimed.
Transparent deductions
A 1% platform fee and the actual Monero network fee are deducted from the buyer’s XMR allocation. Your offer margin is separate. See the fee example →
Careful payment checks
